Tiege Hanley has been encouraging their members to experiment with customization for over a year. They introduced the Custom System Builder in 2020, which allows members to create any combination of products they choose, appropriately named “Level YOU,” as opposed to Level 1, 2 or 3.

The Tiege Hanley catalogue of men’s grooming products grows every few months. Some members like to try each new product as it comes out. Some decide they enjoy a product so much they want to add it to their subscription. This flexibility is the foundation of Level YOU and the new Tiege.com. Everyone now has the ability to trial and purchase individual products with or without a subscription.

Pricing and Subscription
All individual products are sold at two price points: (1) The manufacturer’s retail price and (2) The member price (or the subscription price). The cost of shipping is waived any time the total value of a purchase exceeds $19.99, regardless of whether a customer subscribes to their order.
For instance, Tiege Hanley’s well-known face wash, WASH, costs $9.99 when you purchase it at the retail price or $8.00 when you subscribe to the product.
Customers who choose to subscribe to an individual product will pay the members’ price for the product as opposed to the retail price. The members price will always be at least 20% lower than the retail price and subscribing to a product ensures it is delivered at a frequency with which the customer is comfortable.
