FREE SKIN CARE GIVEAWAY [SWEEPSTAKES]

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: FREE SKIN CARE GIVEAWAY Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including DC) and are 18 years of age or older. All employees of Tiege Hanley LLC (the “Sponsor”), and their respective immediate family members and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes runs between 10:00 am Central Time (“CT”) on Monday, September 12, 2022 and 5:00 pm Central Time (“CT") on Friday, September 16, 2022.

• Comment your FAVORITE Tiege Hanley product AND tag a friend in the FREE SKIN CARE GIVEAWAY Instagram post.

JUDGING FOR WINNERS: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected randomly from all legitimate entries using Comment Picker’s Instagram comment picker, which is available at https://commentpicker.com/

PRIZES: A total of one hundred eight dollars and ninety-four cents (US $108.94) worth of prizes will be awarded to five (5) randomly selected entries. Each individual prize contains a Tiege Hanley WASH ten dollars ($10), AM ten dollars ($10), PM ten dollars ($10), SCRUB six dollars ($6), HANDS twelve dollars and fifty cents ($12.50), LIP six dollars and fifty cents ($6.50), SCRUB BODY BAR eleven dollars and fifty cents ($11.50), CLAY MASK nineteen dollars and ninety-nine cents ($19.99), BODY WASH four dollars and fifty cents ($4.50), DEO thirteen dollars and ninety-nine cents ($13.99), and BODY SCRUBBER four dollars ($4). Winners will have thirty days from receipt of notice to claim their prize, after which an alternate winner will be selected. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Subject to qualification with Sweepstakes rules, payment of prizes will be made within thirty (30) days of the end of the Sweepstakes.

Five random winners will be announced in our Instagram Story by Monday, September 19, 2022.

GENERAL RULES: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for hardware, software or telecommunications malfunctions or failures, or line connections, accessibility or availability, or technical failures of any kind, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of any entry or other information, or for the failure to capture any such information.

No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims. Further, if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and select the winner for the Sweepstakes from the entries received prior to the action taken or in other such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

Participants, by participating in the Sweepstakes, hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, participating businesses and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize in the Sweepstakes, or their participation in the Sweepstakes, or their participation in any sweepstakes or prize related activity, or any travel related to the Sweepstakes or any travel for any prize related activity. Winner also further acknowledges that Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and promotions and advertising agencies have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law relative to any prize, including but not limited to quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Illinois, without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrant agrees that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Federal and State Courts of Cook County, Illinois.
